Nonlinear Wave Structure Interaction

I am interested in wave-structure interactions with a particular focus on nonlinear wave loading on a vertical cylinder for monopile wind turbine foundations. This includes phase decomposition techniques (T. Adcock, T. Tang) and Stokes-type higher-order force model with machine learning approaches. I am also working on machine learning predictions for slamming impacts and secondary load cycles.
